  • Company name, industry, and business details you share
  • Conversation transcript and session metadata
  • Technical data such as browser type and IP address

We use the information collected to:

  • Conduct discovery sessions and understand your business needs
  • Follow up via email with a session summary and next steps
  • Create and manage contact records in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Improve Amelia's responses and our service quality

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
  • ElevenLabs — voice AI infrastructure for Amelia
  • HubSpot — CRM and contact management
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Google Gemini — web search grounding

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing data they process on our behalf.

Data Retention

Conversation transcripts and lead data are retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights
